Christa Schamberger (South Africa)
Christa Schamberger, is one of very few casting directors on the African continent who are accredited members of the Casting Society of America. Her casting credits represent an impressive mix of international feature films, television series, MOW and streaming content filmed in South Africa. Christa holds a Women in Film “Unsung Hero” Crystal Award, and shared a Nomination for an Emmy Award for Casting Generation Kill with Alexa Fogel. Most recently she shared a Casting Society of America Artios Award nomination with Nina Gold for casting “The Mauritanian”.
Marc Hirschfeld (USA)
Emmy Award winner Marc Hirschfeld served as Executive Vice President, Casting, NBC Universal Television, for almost a decade. Prior to NBC, he spent 12 years establishing Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting receiving multiple Emmy nominations for the NBC comedy series Seinfeld and won the Emmy for Outstanding Casting for a Miniseries for HBO’s From the Earth to the Moon. He has eight Artios Awards under his belt for outstanding achievements in comedy episodic, pilot, live specials and daytime casting and received the Hoyt Bowers Award in November 2007 in recognition of his body of work. In addition to his current casting partnership with Geralyn Flood, Hirschfeld supervises all casting for AMC Networks, AMC+, Sundance and BBC America.
Kolade Shasi (Nigeria)
Kolade Shasi is a Nigerian casting director, who has handled casting for several TV commercials and films (including the Nigerian Box Office hit Couple of Days). He was also a casting associate for Eric Aghimien’s second film Slow Country, a number of TV Series (casting associate for MNET’s Head Over Heels, 2016) and a number of short films.
Lina Friberg (Sweden)
Lina Friberg has been running her own casting company COJ Casting in Stockholm, Sweden since 2005, working with Swedish and international clients for feature films, TV series and commercials. Credits include Bonus Family, Quicksand and Boy Machine.
Lotta Forsblad (Sweden)
Lotta Forsblad is a well-established Swedish casting director known for The Lost Ones, The Machinery and I Am Zlatan.
Tetiana Vladzimirska (Ukraine)
Tetiana Vladzimirska is a Ukrainian casting director with vast experience in casting feature films, streaming productions, series and commercials. Most notably she cast The Last Mercenary, Requiem for a Witness and Pandora’s Box.
Chiara Polizzi (Italy)
Chiara Polizzi is a well-established Italian casting director known for Tale of Tales, The Life Ahead and Lazzaro felice.
