What I’m wanting is to encourage the casting process and the people making those final decisions to open their eyes to a world that’s richer, that may be beyond their imagination, things that they haven’t thought about, people that they wouldn’t have dreamt of casting, so that the world they live in is and can be much bigger and much more representative of the world in which we all live.
